LIVE IN CARE & 24-HOUR CARE
You’re in Safe Hands
At Clark James Home Care, we offer professional, reliable live in services and 24-Hour Care services to all of our clients. If this is of interest to you or your loved ones, then please get in touch as no care package is the same and we would love to hear from you.
To help assist you into making the right decision, please remember that live in/24 hour care might only be needed for a short period of time for recuperation, or to give a family carer a respite break. This type of care is not solely available for the elderly or for privately funded clients, it is also available via social services. It's a care package designed to enable the client to remain at home in their usual surroundings and with their memories and familiar possessions.
ELDERLY CARE, DEMENTIA & END OF LIFE CARE
Professional. Reliable. Fully Trained Care Staff.
Being involved with elderly care, means that the care can range from short pop ins to check on the client's well being, to shopping, cleaning and personal care needs of a duration that suits the client.
Dementia is a much talked about condition that more and more of society are coming into contact with. It can start at any age and differs greatly from one individual to another. We at Clark James Home Care do not focus on the condition but the person and their loved ones. All staff complete a full induction and training in dementia care so that they have a thorough understanding and appreciation of the illness.
With end of life care, we want this to reflect individuality, choice and dignity at this very emotional time. We take a holistic approach, taking into account a person’s physical, spiritual and emotional needs, supporting their loved ones and informing them of relevant local services that can provide additional support that is outside of our scope.
MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
A Service You Can Trust
Medication Management allows a service user to decide the best course of action for themselves. They can either manage their medication independently, benefit from prompts from staff to remind them to take their medication, or they can be fully assisted. Whichever, solution is best for them. These decisions will be made at the commencement of the care, but also throughout the care service to meet the ever changing needs of the client.
