Training and support
At the commencement of the franchise agreement you will receive comprehensive training in how to recruit the right staff for your business and training on our business systems that we use every day to make the process streamlined. You will be allocated a mentor who will guide you and be a sounding board to you throughout your first year of trading. A business plan and cash flow will be produced so that you know what to expect over the first 3 years of trading. Any support that you need will be provided at no extra cost as it is within the franchise fee.
Literature & marketing
A complete business stationery package including letterheads, business cards, brochures and promotional goods to assist in the marketing of Clark James Home Care in your territory.
Your franchise will be included on our own website, but we will also give you the option of having your own bespoke website for you to formulate with our colours and branding.
IT & Recruitment
At Clark James Home Care, we care about the well-being and health of all of our clients, including those of our franchisees. With that in mind we ensure that all franchisees use our bespoke rostering software for the first 12 months, with ongoing support provided by us. We support you with the recruitment of your office and senior staff, so that you have the right base to start from, we also provide training and mentoring in how to recruit the right people for care staff.
Uniforms & PPE
It's important for all care staff to look professional and consistent, so we will provide you with a selection of uniforms as well as the details for purchasing more uniforms when needed. We will also provide you with a selection of personal protective equipment, this includes gloves and aprons as infection control is very important in home care services.
